Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To start a return, email support@krendora.com with your order number and a brief reason.

We'll provide return instructions and, upon receiving the item back in resaleable condition, refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost — no return required.
